For local clients, I offer private, personalized fitness training and nutrition coaching for women in a home environment. Also, I conduct on-site small group training sessions ideal for racing teams, social groups or small businesses.
Virtual training allows anyone, no matter where you live, to train with me. I offer e-training and nutrition coaching services conducted via Skype and over the phone.
My blog publishes weekly, featuring workouts, exercise and diet advice and the latest news on fitness trends and studies – all from the perspective of a female industry professional.
