We’re a week away from the first night of Hanukkah, ten days from Christmas and two weeks and two days from New Years. There’s a lot of food, alcohol, stress, extended wake times and shortened sleep times packed into that short period. But, you can still stay on track with this month’s theme of Be Well, Be Happy.
Exercise can help to mitigate extra calories consumed, reduce stress, increase stamina and improve sleep quality. And you don’t need tons of extra time to do it.
