Welcome to September! A new month means a new blog theme: DIY Fitness. Do It Yourself is a big thing these days, definitely made easier by the multitude of step-by-step posts and how-to videos available for free on the internet. There’s no reason DIY can’t apply to fitness. When big health clubs and boutique fitness studios aren’t your thing, why not create your own fitness routine?
That’s exactly what I did starting in my early 20s and continue to do to this day, where I’m at the half-century mark. Teaching others to DIY their own fitness is my passion and why I pursued my personal training certification ten years ago.
