E-Training: Strength and flexibility training sessions are done via Skype. This allows you, no matter where you live, to train with a fitness professional in a private setting. E-training clients get the same attention and personalization as my in-person clients with the added benefits of convenience and affordability. In addition to providing clients with a strength and flexibility program, I assist in developing an effective cardiovascular exercise plan specific to the individual’s fitness goals, exercise abilities, preferences and time constraints.
- Nutrition Coaching: I offer this service as an add-on to my e-training and in-person private training sessions. This is ideal for clients who need help eating more healthfully for the purposes of weight loss or general health and well-being. I guide clients through my Small Steps program which includes strategies for portion control, making healthy food choices, deciphering nutrition labels, journaling, combating emotional eating and much more. These sessions are conducted in addition to the training sessions and are usually done over the phone.
These are 60 minute sessions. Ideal for those living in the Rivertowns of Westchester County, New York.
Private Personal Training: My private personal training sessions are for women only. They’re conducted in my home providing a peaceful environment in which each client learns how to establish her own, unique strength and flexibility training program. This is a fantastic alternative for women who are intimidated by or priced out of a gym environment. I also assist in developing an effective cardiovascular exercise plan specific to the client’s fitness goals, exercise abilities, preferences and time constraints. Private training clients can add-on nutrition coaching sessions (see above).
Small Group Training: Great as an activity-specific workout for a racing team; a fun and healthy team building exercise for a social club; or a workplace-friendly routine as part of a small business’s wellness program. Conducted on-site, these sessions offer your members or employees a personalized strength and flexibility training class catering specifically to the group’s preferences or goals.
